Made of high density, durable foam, our Pilates Sitting Box Lite offers the same function as a traditional Sitting Box at a fraction of the cost and weight!  The Pilates Sitting Box Lite has rounded edges for more comfort during prone exercises like Swan, with consistent and constant support the full length of the Box.

Weighing in at just 4.5 lbs. (2kg), the Balanced Body Sitting Box Lite is easy to move, stack and store. The dense Sitting Box Lite foam construction features a textured top surface for stable, non-slip body positioning. Extremely durable with no risk of torn vinyl corners.
